I also realised that I've never actually seen lily pads and flowers in real life before! So I had to take a picture and post it....oooh: and speaking of pictures: I am THIS CLOSE () to buying a Canon G10 (as soon as I can find one) > will keep news posted!

I can't believe it!!! I also went there for the first time on Saturday and felt norrible that I've lived here for 3 years and never gone! In my defense, I go to another dam (on Redhill) but am smitten with these dams on Silvermine. Meet me there for a walk and swim this week??? xx
Oh and PS, your photo's are so beautiful, you should change the setting that you post them in, to 'Large' :)
